First Baptist Church, 626 W. 21st Avenue in Gary will celebrate its annual Women’s Day on Sunday, November 12, 2017.
Monica Moss will be the guest speaker during morning worship. She has made it her mission to help improve the health outcome of church members and the wider community. After many years of health struggles, including cancer, Monica discovered the power of using whole, unprocessed foods as a key agent in the process of healing.
A graduate of Spelman College and Columbia University, Mrs. Moss is also a certified Health Minister and Life Purpose Coach. She also serves as the Village Health Consultant, where she coordinates health and wellness ministry programming and education .
