The Hudson Campbell Fitness Center has added a new component to its health and wellness agenda.
Smart Smoothie, located on the first floor of the fitness center recently opened with a wide variety of smoothies that not only are tasty, but also offer a range of health benefits.
Kim Smith, a registered nurse and owner of Smart Smoothie said she hopes to not only offer a quality product but also provide information on how certain smoothies can aid is dealing with a variety of ailments.
Smith also plans to offer workshops regarding healthy lifestyle choices and how smoothies can help in bringing about healthy habits.
