THE GARY POLICE DEPARTMENT recently welcomed Probationary Officers Berry, Bradley, Garza, Hughes, Martin, Melendez, Portis, Rahman, Range and Robles-Linares as they begin their journey with the Gary Police Department. The ten probationary officers were sworn in December 6, 2016 by Mayor Karen Freeman-Wilson during a ceremony at City Hall.
