IU Northwest celebrates Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

Author Joy DeGruy, Ph.D., to speak at Jan. 19 event

Indiana University Northwest’s Departments of African American and African Diaspora Studies and Minority Studies in partnership with the Office of Diversity, Equity and Multicultural Affairs, invites the campus and community to celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

At 6 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 19, IU Northwest welcomes Joy DeGruy, Ph.D., acclaimed researcher, educator and presenter to its Bruce W. Bergland Auditorium stage, located in the Savannah Center.
