On Saturday, July 30th at 2:00 p.m. C.R.O. E. (Coalition for the Remembrance of the Hon Elijah Muhammad) will hold a free monthly film showing featuring a rare interview with Nation of Islam leader Hon. Elijah Muhammad.
In 1964 from his Hyde Park residence Mr. Muhammad sat down with Kup Show host Irv Kupcinet to discuss the contents of his newly written book “Message to the Blackman in America.” The topics discussed in the interview coincide with many questions that are still being posed in 2016. During their lively one-hour point/counterpoint exchange the two men discuss war between Blacks and whites in America? The value of the Civil Rights Movement? The difference between “segregation” and “separation,” among other topics.
