Bronzeville Children’s Museum celebrates 26th anniversary with Black history tribute to inventor Lonnie Johnson

The Bronzeville Children’s Museum is gearing up for its highly anticipated 26th-anniversary celebration, a vibrant and educational event that coincides with the Annual Black History Month Celebration. This year, the museum is proud to honor the achievements of the renowned inventor, Lonnie Johnson.

The celebration is scheduled to take place on Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the museum’s location, 9301 South Stony Island Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60617. Admission is set at $5.00 per person, with free entry for members.
