Black-Owned Security Company Celebrate New Headquarters’ Grand Opening

Husband and wife tandem launches podcast to share wisdom on love, entrepreneurship and how they built a multi- million dollar security company from the basement of their home

AGB InviteTo celebrate the grand opening of their new $5.5 million headquarters in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood, AGB Investigative Services founders, John and Dr. Denitra Griffin, will launch “Secure,” a podcast focusing on family, love and wealth-building through entrepreneurship.

The Griffins founded AGB in 2001 as an investigation firm, and the company has grown to become a full-service security provider and an operator of Illinois Board of Education-certified training programs. AGB trained over 300 security professionals in 2018. Executive Vice President Denitra Griffin, Ed.D., a former Chicago Public Schools program manager, developed AGB’s management and training systems and led AGB’s expansion into corporate services. Clients include ComEd, Nicor and Walmart.

AGB is the only African-American-owned security firm to hold the prestigious ISO 9001 certification for customer focus, consistent execution and continuous improvement.
