Tri Kappa Iota Chapter recently awarded Valparaiso Boys & Girls Club $3,000 as part of its annual grant competition. The award provides funding to organizations that promote charity, culture and education in the Valparaiso community.
“Tri Kappa has a long history of supporting Valparaiso, and they have generously funded a number of our projects,” states Kristina Balog, Regional Club Director of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana. “We are so grateful for the work they do in the community and for continuing to support our Valparaiso Club.”
The funds will be used to renovate the existing Teen Center at the Valparaiso Club.
