Marcus Rashad, founder of Paradigm CreatVe Group will change the way people view theatre with his innovative “silent production.” No, it isn’t a mute production but it is a twist on the way sound works in theater. A special set of headphones will be provided to the audience to entice their ears. The headphones are a necessary accessory to hear the special effects and surround sound from the actors and actresses during the production. This type of production has never been done before and for those in attendance this will be a history making moment.

The Domino Effect II will be presented on Sunday, September 17, 2017, at Baderbrau, 2515 S. Wabash in Chicago. There will be a 3:00 p.m. show and a 7:00 p.m. show. Tickets are on sale now at Eventbrite.

The Domino Effect II is the highly anticipated sequel to Marcus Rashad’s first stage play The Domino Effect. The sequel has many twist and turns that will leave you holding on to the edge of your seat. We know that audiences will find the play shocking, hilarious, and memorable. Those who have graduated college will have flashbacks to memories from the good ole’ college days, while current students will find these sticky situations very relatable.

The Domino Effect (DE) sheds light on the realities of the college life and how the fast transition from being a child to a young adult can be overwhelming. The characters’ lives intersect throughout the play creating the feeling of irony. Marcus Rashad created this play to help prepare future and current students for some of the difficult and complex experiences that can happen while in school. The characters navigate their way through these experiences in good ways and bad ways, but we all know that the way we handle situations now can contribute to our success or failures later in life. You will take away the sense of lessons learned after seeing The Domino Effect.
