Mayor Karen Freeman-Wilson participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of R&R Sports Bar and Grill recently. 
The new restaurant is located next to the U.S. Baseball Stadium in the city’s downtown area. Joining in the ceremony were owners Dwyane Rancifer, Jr. (left), and Ray Ross.
“When you look at the beauty inside and the touch of class it offers, it absolutely warrants the extension of both their names, Rancifer and Ross,” said Mayor Freeman-Wilson. “The city really has laid down the red carpet and we appreciate all the hard work and effort that has been put forth to make this happen,” said Rancifer.
