The product was distributed throughout Indiana, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Ontario, Canada.
Listeria can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in children, elderly and people with weakened immune systems.
Symptoms include:
- High fever
- severe headache
- stiffness
- nausea
- abdominal pain
- diarrhea
Do not consume this product. Consumers should discard or return recalled items.
