This Friday, June 16, is the last Friday of school for Chicago Public Schools. As our children prepare for the summer, we want to call every citizen in Chicago to occupy their home and their block as a place of safety. St. Sabina will kick off its weekly Friday Night Peace Walks this Friday, with a rally at 7 pm on the church steps and march through the community following the rally. People from across this city will gather to declare, “Peace Starts Here!” The rally will be made up of poetry, music, and the reading of the names of all the victims of gun violence, under the age of 21, who lost their lives since last June. The rally will gather over 2,000 people from across Chicago.

Friday, June 16th, at 7 pm
