Former President Barack Obama and Former First Lady Michelle Obama are reportedly in “advanced negotiations” for a Netflix production deal which would see them produce high-profile shows for the streaming giant.
The New York Times first reported the news.
According to the report, whatever content produced would not be used to “respond to President Trump or conservative critics, according to people familiar with discussions about the programming. They said the Obamas had talked about producing shows that highlight inspirational stories.”
