At Morgan Park High School on Thursday, February 11, 2025, the gym was packed with fans from both Morgan Park and Fenger.
The Fenger Titans started the game with the lead, and both teams were tied at one point in the first quarter. Fenger picked up speed and gained a bigger lead over Morgan Park during the first half of the game and part of the second. However, Morgan Park gained momentum by the middle of the second half, and by the end of the quarter, they had taken the lead from Fenger. Morgan Park maintained the lead throughout the fourth quarter. The Fenger Titans didn’t go out weak, though—they kept pushing, narrowing the lead to just five points. In the end, Morgan Park won, with a final score of 65 to 61.
