llinois Institute of Technology’s 8th annual Block City event will feature children and family building a city of LEGOs with more than 40,000 LEGO bricks that will span the floor of the iconic S. R. Crown Hall on the Illinois Tech campus in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood.

2 p.m. – Clifford the Big Red Dog and the WTTW Kids BIG IDEA Tour for kids age 2-7. The BIG IDEA traveling lab inspires kids to discover their own BIG IDEAS as they explore themes like emotions, life cycles, recycling, and the natural world.
