Hammond armed robbery suspects wanted by the FBI

The FBI has released a Wanted by the FBI poster regarding the armed robbery of the Brinks truck April 28th at the Chase Bank, 4204 Calumet Ave., Hammond, IN. The FBI also encourages the community to download the Bank Robbers Mobile App to help identify suspects.Case updates:

  • Video from Chase Bank has been instrumental in furthering the investigation – it’s now believed there were at least three suspects involved in this robbery.
  • Suspect one (pictured on the poster) was wearing red pants and a light gray hooded sweatshirt. Suspect two was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and black pants. Both men were wearing black gloves and black ski masks.
  • The men were armed with handguns
  • The suspects were in a tan or light brown 2002 Cadillac Deville that had dark tinted windows. The Cadillac was later found abandoned and torched along 136th Street, also known as Boy Scout Road, in Hammond.
