Gospel favorite Anita Wilson at City Winery

A brief span of time has proven to be more than enough to become an established, admirable and consistent contributor to the music industry. A classic presence, unique vocal stylings and approachable humility are just a few of her attributes. After years of background singing with Donald Lawrence & Company, Ms. Anita Wilson emerged as a solo recording artist in 2011 with the soulful & heartfelt ballad “Speechless.” Ms. Anita has allowed her passion for God, music and creative freedom to mark out a custom and relevant lane.

This space includes influence from the many artists and genres she has appreciated from an early age. Her Debut Album “Worship Soul” (2013), her Sophomore Album “Vintage Worship” (2015) and her 3rd Album “Sunday Song” were all GRAMMY Nominated for Best Gospel Album and prove to be timeless bodies of work.

Ms. Anita Wilson is the President and CEO of Reflection Media, Inc., a content company that owns both the “Worship Soul” and “Sunday Song” albums, videos and more. Rick Robinson (Husband) and Anita are partners in life and in music as they consistently write and produce classic hits. Wilson’s hands-on approach to every detail of her business and career has solidified her longevity as a singer, songwriter and music executive.

Anita Wilson and Dante Hall will perform at City Winery Chicago on February 10 at 7:00 p.m. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. City Winery Chicago is located at 1200 W. Randolph St. For info, call 312.733.9463.
