The internationally recognized Business & Leadership Conference (BLC), hosted by Dr. Bill Winston, will return to the Chicago area March 20–21, 2026, at Living Word Christian Center in Forest Park.
Now in its 32nd year, the conference is expected to draw thousands of entrepreneurs, executives, and faith-driven business leaders from around the world. Organizers describe the event as a platform where faith and business strategy intersect, offering attendees tools to grow and scale businesses while navigating today’s economic landscape.
This year’s theme, “The Blessing: Anointed for Business,” will focus on what organizers call “supernatural empowerment” for entrepreneurs seeking to expand their reach and impact.
The two-day conference will feature a lineup of global speakers and industry leaders, including Fox Business Network host Charles Payne, business innovator Richard Montañez, and international strategist Dr. Cindy Trimm. Sessions will cover topics such as venture capital access, government contracting, global expansion, and leadership development.
In addition to keynote sessions, the conference will include several featured events:
- A Venture Capital Pitch Competition on Friday, March 20
- A Business Opportunity Expo running both days
- A regional panel discussion on entrepreneurship trends in Chicago
- Networking sessions and executive-level programming
A special pre-conference event, JBS Global Association Day, is scheduled for March 19.
According to organizers, the conference has grown into a global gathering, previously attracting attendees from more than 30 countries. It is also tied to the Joseph Business School, which reports helping dozens of alumni scale businesses to more than $1 million in annual revenue.
