Girls 4 Science to host Summer Soirée at Gibsons July 10

Girls 4 Science, a nationally recognized non-profit organization dedicated to providing young girls in Chicago with quality STEM education, will host its first Summer Soirée at Gibsons Bar & Steak House, 1028 North Rush Street on Tuesday, July 10 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Live entertainment will be provided by Kendré Music Group. Carol Moseley Braun, the first female African American U.S. Senator, the first female Senator from Illinois, and former U.S. Ambassador, will share tastes from her premium tea line from Ambassador Organics, of which she is founder and president.

Event sponsors include: Cedar Concepts Corporation, The Joseph and Bessie Feinberg Foundation, Ingredion and ITW.

All proceeds will support Girls 4 Science initiatives including weekly STEM sessions, field trips, science camps and more.
