The City of Gary’s Open Air Permits and Accessible Parking Permits previously available through the Public Works Department will now be available in the city’s Finance Department located at City Hall on the first floor. The permit on-line application will continue to be available on the City’s/Public Works website at www.garyin.us
Those interested in applying to host public events are reminded that completed applications must be submitted 30 days prior to the event date along with application fee.
Public Works has relocated to 900 Madison Street. The new hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The office number remains the same, 219-881-1310.
