Emerge, Inc., a nonprofit organization, invites you to attend the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the Emerge Training Center at 2 p.m., May, 3, 2018 at 201 E. 5th Ave. Ste. D in Gary, IN.
Founded by CEO LaShawn Freeman-Whittaker, Emerge, Inc. is an empowerment and mentoring program designed for women from all socioeconomic backgrounds. The Emerge Training Center will be accessible to women who will engage with area leaders and visionaries inspiring them to develop and lead their lives with passion and purpose.
“I know that women have a unique and special energy and when you put many women together, you have a force that can move mountains, and does!” says CEO LaShawn Freeman Whittaker.
You will get a tour of the training center, meet Emerge board members and learn about training courses taking place in August. Enrollment is open for these courses and are filling up fast. You will also hear about additional events, including the premiere Emerge Women’s Conference happening May 19 at Avalon Manor.
