Proceeds from these events will help provide scholarships to students through the foundation’s structured educational services under the advisement of seasoned veterans, retired principals, superintendents, honor students and college interns through partnerships with various after-school programs. Founder and CEO of the foundation Sharon Chambers emphasized the need for community support to ensure that students reap the benefits.

“This year, Each One Teach One has set an additional goal to provide uniforms to youth enrolled in the West Side High School ROTC pro-gram as well as funds to support the restoration of the West Side Leadership Academy band room,” said Chambers. “Sponsorship opportunities are still available to help bring first-rate, family-friendly entertainment to the region, while providing educational opportunities for the youth of NWI.”
