Alderman Cochran wanted to notify the community of a ribbon cutting ceremony for a GreenStar Movement mural under the 65th and Dorchester viaduct. Alderman Cochran has a portion of the mural that recognizes the Crusader newspaper, and it is quite breathtaking.
