The General Contractor for Broadway Lofts Apartment Building is seeking bids from qualified bidders to perform work on a new 3-story residential property in downtown Gary. The project will additionally include construction of commercial and community space.
A Pre-Bid Conference and Project Review will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2019 from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. CT at Arthouse, 411 E. 5th Avenue, Gary.
Any questions regarding the bid packet are due no later than Wednesday, September 11, 2019.
Bids can be submitted by email to [email protected] or mailed to Equiteam, LLC, 215 N. College Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46202. Bids shall be submitted on forms contained in the bid package.
All bids must be sent in on the required bid form.
