Thanks to 29 points, six three pointers on 10 of 14 shooting by rookie
sensation Coby White, the Chicago Bulls defeated the Atlanta Hawks
111-93 on Thursday night at the United Center in their final game of the
2019-2020 preseason.

“Obviously, Coby had a streak as good as we’ve seen in this building
in awhile,” said Jim Boylen, head coach of the Chicago Bulls about
White’s great shooting performance. “I thought each guy had moments. I
thought we did a good job of getting the ball to open people or the
hot man.”

The word “hot” was an understatement used by coach Jim Boylen to
describe the play of rookie guard Coby White, as he’d finish 6 of 8
shooting from behind the three point arc in his best scoring output of
the preseason.

White, who was “White Hot” from the field over three quarters, also
received help offensively from backcourt running mate Zach Lavine,
who’d finish with 23 points on 8 of 11 shooting from the field.

The Bulls would outscore the Hawks over four quarters, 24-20, 27-22,
28-22 and 32-29. En route to their second victory of the preseason.

Final Score: Bulls 111, Hawks 93.

On Thursday October 23rd, the Chicago Bulls will kickoff their regular
season on the road against Michael Jordan’s Charlotte Hornets. Game
time 6 p.m.
