The New Friendship Missionary Baptist Church will celebrate the 5th Pastoral Appreciation of their minister and first lady Rev. Royce F. Thompson Sr. Wednesday, April 20 and Sunday, April 24 with the theme “Climbing to Higher Heights” and scripture Genesis 12:2 & Isaiah 43:5.
April 20 at 7 p.m. the special guest will be Elder Eric Thomas and the Greater Harvest M.B. Church of Chicago. April 24 at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Patrick E. Winfield, II from the Potter’s House of Fort Worth, Texas will be the guest and that same day at 4:30 p.m. the guest will be Pastor Monte L.C. Dillard Sr. and the First Church of God Christian Life Center of Evanston, Il.
