Chicago Urban League to Host “Black History, Black Dollar” Event

What:   The Chicago Urban League is partnering with U.S. Bank to present “Black History, Black Dollar.” This free event includes a Homebuyer Workshop hosted by U.S. Bank, vendors, a screening of a documentary about Black Wall Street followed by a fireside chat with City of Chicago Treasurer Melissa Conyears-Ervin and Chicago Urban League President and CEO Karen Freeman-Wilson. The conversation about financial empowerment in Black communities will be moderated by Community Affairs Show Host Darryl Dennard.

Attendees are asked to RSVP on Eventbrite (Key words: Black History, Black Dollar) Refreshments will be served.
