Chicago activists fear the worst after four girls and women disappear within miles of each other, two found dead

Within the past four months, four Chicago girls and women have vanished. Some have turned up dead while others have yet to be found.

Since March, a pattern emerged of young girls and women disappearing within miles of one another in the Windy City. One of the earliest missing girls is 18-year-old Anna Stanislawczyk, who has been missing since March 16 according to CBS Chicago. Thirteen-year-old Yasminda Mitchell has also been missing since May 31 from the area of 100 W. 47th Street.

In the last few week, Shantieya Smith, 26, and Victoria Garrett, 15, have also gone missing.
