Chef CheSa’s Art of the Bistro Gluten-Free Pop-Up Restaurant starting Friday, October 19th

Join Chef CheSa for an evening of delicious food, artwork, music and more at the former Bricola Restaurant in Ukrainian Village. The evening menu will feature menu items from her 2018 Chicago Restaurant Week pop-up, food truck and new foodie greatness.

Menu pricing ranges from $20 – $40 for main entrees. Limited seating available. RSVP to reserve your table. Artwork will also be featured and sold by renowned Artist Chuck Walker and Sculptor Roy Tijerina.

Limited Parking is available. Chef CheSa is a chef in Chicago that specializes in gluten-free dishes. She is capable of making dishes you thought could never be gluten-free delicious yet healthier. Chef CheSa started expressing her skills with her food truck traveling all over Chicago exposing Chicagoans to good food like classic soul food dishes with a gluten-free twist. Now, Chef CheSa will offer a menu of a brunch and several dinners to guest for three days.

In addition to Chef CheSas’s meals, art will be presented by Chuck and Roy to help set the mood. Tickets will be available for this savory experience for the interested to witness Chef CheSas craft of the sessions.

About Chef CheSa:  Chesareé Rollins, Ph.D. is a self-taught Chef and the operator/owner of CheSa’s Gluten Free Food Truck, LLC, Catering Services, and Meal Prepper. Chef CheSa allergy to gluten has led her to partner with the American Heart Association, Oak Street Health, Sparkling Ice, Access Community Health and a number of businesses and community organizations to empower Foodies to eat healthy while dining out.

Since 2015 Chef CheSa has successfully launched businesses that cater to individuals who have an intolerance to allergies such as bread, wheat, flour, barley, oats, dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts and shellfish because of her extreme health complications related to gluten. CheSa’s Gluten Free meals are made with fresh vegetables and quality meats. All of the meals prepared by Chef CheSa’s and her team are 100% gluten-free, organic and NON-GMO.

You can find Chef CheSa creations at Wrigley Field during Cubs games; Whole Foods and Pete’s Fresh Market salad bars; and around downtown during lunchtime.  Chef CheSa is the only Woman-owned, minority-owned 100% Gluten-Free Food Truck in the state of Illinois and the only food truck in the mid-west that curates a healthy Gluten-Free Menu, food truck style.
