Black Lives Matter NWI – Gary will host an organizing meeting to identify demands and solidify a strategic platform as part of a larger, ongoing community effort to build a coalition encompassing families associated with all Gary community schools. The meeting will address immediate upcoming opportunities for action and help provide preparation and support. The planning meeting will take place this at 1 p.m. this Saturday, December 14 at Christ United Methodist Church at 201 W. Ridge Road. Light refreshments will be served.
