The office of Illinois State Senator Mattie Hunter (3rd District)—in conjunction with Illinois Institute of Technology External Affairs, Community Affairs and Outreach Programs, and Facilities, and others—is hosting the 14th Annual Health, Fun, and Fitness Fair. The event will be held from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2017 on Illinois Tech’s Mies Campus; the fair will take place at 33rd Street and State Street, in the field north of S. R. Crown Hall. No appointments or RSVPs are necessary.
Free health and fitness services, back-to-school physicals and immunizations, school supplies, raffles, activities, and food will be available for families and residents.
Parents or legal guardians must accompany children under 18 for physicals and immunizations. Immunizations require an immunization history.
