Put on your walking/dancing/riding shoes and join us for the kick-off of the 10th Anniversary of Bronzeville Summer Nights and join the Bronzeville Business Stroll on 47th Street Friday, July 8th, 5:00- 8:00 p.m.! We are lighting up 47th Street from Wabash to Lake Park! Support the amazing Bronzeville small business owners by spending your dollars locally!
Experience the sounds of Bronzeville DJs along the entire route! Join the BSN family bike ride beginning at 5:00 p.m., at Small Shop Cycles, 4250 S. Cottage Grove! Free Divvy bikes will be available! Enjoy the sultry R&B voice of Aziza Lisa at Shawn Michelle Homemade Ice Cream, 46 E. 47th St. at 5:30 pm. You do not want to miss the FREE Salsa Lessons by DeSueno at 6:00 pm, and Latin/Afro/Jazz performed by Crosswind at 6:30 p.m., on 47th & Vincennes. Have fun and meet the doctors at the Chicago Sports Ortho Family Fest at 47th & Lake Park!
